Day Three: For the love of cooking

Holy cold.  I can’t breathe and my head is pounding.  I wish I could tell you how day three of the whole30 is making me feel, but it’s being overshadowed. I did not want to cook dinner. However, dinner was delish and I was able to keep it super simple.

Breakfast

Three egg scramble with spinach and avocado, half a pear

Lunch

Leftovers from last night, banana, sunbutter/coconut butter mix

Dinner

Turkey burgers,  homemade mayo, roasted cauliflower and Brussels sprouts

As soon as I’m feeling better the recipes for homemade mayo and coconut butter are on the list…. You will not want to miss those post.  You’ll never go back to store bought again.!
